Having Trouble?

1. I can't log in!
   Did you activate your account?
   When you registered WE SENT YOU AN EMAIL with activation instructions!
   YOU WILL NOT be able to log in until you activate your account!
   
   
2. I activated my account and I still can't log in!
   The most common problem with logging in is most people do not enter their username and password exactly the same way as when they registered!
   
   For EXAMPLE......If your user name is "MIKE" and you type in "mike" (lowercase) you will not be able to log in! Please double check to make sure you have both your user name and password correct!
   
   If you still can't login feel free to contact us and we can take a look at your account.
   
   
3. I forgot my user name and/or password!

5. I haven't received a confirmation email what's wrong?
   
   Please check your junk or bulk email folder. Sometimes our emails get mistaken for spam because our system is fully automated and the server generates the email.
   
   If you have accidentally deleted or can't find your confirmation email please let us know and we can manually verify your account.
